Preparing Together Today for Tomorrow's Future

In Bancffosfelen School our aim is to create a safe and happy environment for your child in order to stimulate his/her spiritual, moral, cultural and physical development.

Most visitors to the school comment on the warm welcome they receive and the courtesy and maturity of our pupils. The relationship between staff, adults and pupils is good and is based on respect.

Bancffosfelen is a happy school and this springs from the increasing number of different activities that take place here. Such an effort makes the pupils, parents, staff in general, proud of their connection with the school. We like to take an interest in our pupils after they have left and are proud of their educational achievements.

After completing their education at Bancffosfelen School, our pupils continue their education at the local Secondary schools.

Carmarthenshire County Council Pupil and Parent Survey 2022

Carmarthenshire County Council wants your views to help it improve education services in Carmarthenshire.

Your views are extremely important, and the local education authority wants to know more about what you think of your child(ren)’s school.

Please complete the short survey by clicking on the image below. You will not be asked for your name, so your responses are confidential.

The answers will help the council to understand what it can do to further support Carmarthenshire's pupils.

Pupils are also being asked for their views, through a separate pupil survey. This will be done in school and again it is anonymous. The pupil survey is available on the website for you to view or to complete at home with your child(ren) if you prefer.

The surveys are open until July 7.

Thank you for your support and co-operation.

Play Sufficiency Assessment Survey

Can you spare ten minutes to tell us help us plan for the future of play in Carmarthenshire?

The Play Sufficiency Steering Group is doing a piece of work called a Play Sufficiency Assessment.  The assessment helps us to understand what play provision children and young people in Carmarthenshire want and need. To do this we need to hear from parents and carers to build a picture of what it's like for children playing in Carmarthenshire.

The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and the information you share with us will be used to find ways of protecting and improving the opportunities, time and space available for playing or hanging out.

Complete the survey by clicking the image below.
